Blackberry-blueberry Rolled Pudding

Pastry

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter plus 1 tablespoon
6 to 7 tablespoons cold water

Filling


1 1/2 cups of fresh blueberries

1 1/2 cups of fresh blackberries or raspberries
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup hot water
